Refund policy

Changed your mind? Write to us within 14 days of buying and we refund the full $14.99 USD, for any reason.

How to ask

Write to hello@ourlittlescrapbook.com from the email address you paid with. You do not have to give a reason. If you paid from another address, tell us the date you bought and the book you chose, so we can find the payment.

How the money comes back

We refund the whole payment through Stripe, to the card you paid with, in US dollars. Stripe emails you when the refund is made. How long it takes to reach your card depends on Stripe and your bank.

What happens to your book

• As soon as Stripe tells us about a full refund, your private link and the gift link stop opening. Both say the book was refunded and closed.
• Its photos and words are deleted 30 days after the refund. A daily clean-up does this.
• We keep the record of the order: the payment, the refund, the dates and your email address. The privacy policy says why and for how long.

Part refunds

If we refund only part of a payment, your book stays open.

Charged twice

If you paid twice for the same book, we refund the second payment in full. Your book is not affected.

After 14 days

After 14 days, we still refund if your book will not open on your device and we cannot fix it.

Disputes with your bank

Please write to us first. If you dispute the payment with your bank, your book stays open while the dispute is open. If the bank decides in your favour, the book closes as it would after a full refund, and its photos and words are deleted 30 days later. To answer a dispute, we may show Stripe when the gift link was opened and from which country.
